We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions The following items are non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
